These muesli biscuits are an obsession heading towards addiction. If I had to choose one thing to bake and sell day in and day out this would be it. A lowly meusli biscuit.

Sure, pink cupcakes, gold leafed fruit and sugar sparkled sables might win the beauty contests, but these earthy, chewy nuggets would be my bread and butter.
