Brag or be untruthful.

Being untruthful would involve gloating that I had created these elegant pot de cremes.

Bragging would be me telling you my daughter made and delivered these on Valentine's evening. I used to think the kid had incredible beginners luck. Everything she does, first try, perfect, spit spot. It's been one heck of a lucky streak!

The other four pot de cremes were quickly devoured. And by all that's right and holy ONE of these should serve four.

That rich. Chocolate, cream, white wine and rosemary.

That's all I know other than she's pretty perfect, but I don't want to brag.
